Shoes do not fit just right? Email us at clientservices@artolausa.com and we will exchange them for a different size, or refund 100% of your purchase price, less shipping costs. Please let us know 14 days from the date you receive your original order. Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original packaging. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the time we receive your returned product.
